About the Role:
All Dry Services of Florida Gulf Coast is looking for a skilled and motivated Lead Technician to join our growing team in Port Charlotte, FL! This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll guide a team of technicians while delivering top-quality technical work. If you're a problem-solver with a passion for excellence, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of technicians on daily operations and project assignments
- Perform hands-on technical work, diagnostics, and troubleshooting across job sites
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards
- Train, mentor, and support junior technicians to develop their skills
- Coordinate with management to schedule workflow and prioritize tasks
- Inspect completed work and conduct quality control checks
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and job reports
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a technician with prior leadership or lead technician experience preferred
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead, motivate, and communicate effectively with a team
- Reliable, punctual, and professional with a strong work ethic
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work in outdoor and varying field conditions in the Florida climate
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications a plus

Compensation: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
